But some changes not bringing healthy market,

If you make the emp like this.. some items are useless in woe
Like LKC, Gloom under the night and etc...

also, since the other guild continuing of taking the castle {woe},
It takes time to break it

It is not illegal. What is illegal is when someone is selling/trading account from different servers (ie. my aeRO account for your XRo* account).

Now, that kind of trade can be risky because of a possible scam.
