Turbo

Changed disguise event npc to tell the answer if no one was able to guess the disguised monster.
Changed the PVP Map to Prontea Fild 08, bottom prontera
Changed evolve GTB card to be not stackable with cranial.
Changed preserve skill from stalker to be undispellable.(Will be applied on next server restart.)
CHG: Change WoE Guardians. Makes them more useful during woe.
Increases their HP to 3000000
Guardian Soldier, and Guardian Knight will now cast LOV inside the castle
Guardian Archer on the other hand casts, Quamire.
Changed WoE Prize to 500 platinum coins for every WoE castle.
Changed the following items into 1 slot:
Blank Eyes, Cyclops Visor, Helm Of Darkness, Rideword Hat, Flying Angel, Black Bunny Band, Soul Ring, Whisper Mask, Observer, Fish Head Hat, Tiger Face, Red Bunny Band

Mayaan

Changed disguise event npc to tell the answer if no one was able to guess the disguised monster.
Added @homtalk command.
Changed location for music ring quest. It was at the same cell with other quest npc.
Fixed Face of death and hood of death description on the quest npc
Changed PVP map to guild_vs3

Set random floating rates into x3 drop rate instead of x2
