- Fixed Pandemic. Made the item tradable, and allows users level 200 and above to equip the item.
- Fixed vending area. Allow use of @at / @autovend.
- Added 15 minutes timer to stay in Juggernaut.

- Added Baby WoE on Monday!
- Disabled butterfly wing in PvP
- Added map exit to the PvP Ladder NPC.
