The quest for the Halloween has now been implemented again. NPC Quests are located in Prontera. So start hunting and get halloween candies! this will help you gather items to make monster suits  ;) Remember, the npc will give you random monster suits, so if ever you get the same suit, trade them in until you collect all of them.
