All of the above are needed, just need to set the priorities. Now that the server is stable, events & quests will keep players entertained. Then, their continuous support & trust to aeRO will be built up again. New hairstyles & donation items will be one good way to freshen up the server. Already have some good suggestions here: http://aerogaming.org/forum/index.php?topic=37010.0
Also, I'd love to see more aeRO events, not just in-game, but in forums, Facebook page, etc.. Any social networks! It'll just bring more people to join aeRO.
And a BIG thank you to you Admin Basher for fixing the server even in such situation *two thumbs up for you*
I think all of the above are needed... But as [GM] Phantasmagoria says, the priorities need to be set. 
However, if I had to choose one specific need, I believe we need to add something new in the game. It's been awhile. I would choose number one since it would be fair for all players, regardless of donation or not.

@kyle - All the money from donations are used to pay the monthly bills for the rent: this includes: webserver, dedicated servers(to run the server itself) and aero client protection plan. And to clarify things here, I also used my own money to help off the expense, I work part time as well and honestly, that's where I get money. You can see how much it is to pay monthly for a dedicated server. I have not mention yet to have at least 8 cores processors to handle the huge amount of data in the database having connection pool between database and the server + control panel.
We don't host the server at home whatsoever. @galego know what's going on first before saying stuff.
uowwwww you appeared! Should be doing an event of hide and seek. I dont care where you got money or much you spend to keep the server ON. This is your obligation. Everyone would know what is happening, if you frequently update the news.

Also another problem is, you have 9 other people in the staff that arent doing sh*t. aeROGamingNetwork, Crap, Ajax, Amber, Badz, Lhabs, Chombie, Chim, Phantasmagoria.
I dont care if some of are from MU. Damn, theyre part of the staff and wtf are they all doing?
BRING KINKO BACK, He was the reason why aeRO was very successful back then, his GM team was running around in game doing events and stuff. Peaked at almost 3k players everyday.
This is hella wack.
the ones who make something for the server are Chim and GM Phan.
are active and pay attention to the players.
And solve the cases when they are in power to do it
The others are all useless garbage. The only event of shit is that server has to collect ygg and edp and kill MVP.
we have all this useless gm that are inactives, not doing crap probably haven't been on since last year. but they don't want to give the positions to the deserving people who are always active and have a lot a to contribute. that's why aeRO is shitty. and you want us to vote that its a good server.? BS!
I do not want anyone to vote on this server. xD ^ ^ just wanted my vote points recovered. We'll have to wait another month?

It's hard to be patient every month and when we returned to the game, the server, find the same or worse with lag and with less players.
