I know most of the players here... but since this is a fashion event, I'll only vote for the one that fits as the best fashion.
My vote goes to #3 because she used a skill to compose a unique background which adds fashion and matches along with her clothing. ;) The headgear items are simple and not too overdone. It shows that you can dress up cutely without using expensive items.
