I know most of the players here... but since this is a fashion event, I'll only vote for the one that fits as the best fashion.
My vote goes to #3 because she used a skill to compose a unique background which adds fashion and matches along with her clothing. The headgear items are simple and not too overdone. It shows that you can dress up cutely without using expensive items.
