I have spoken to GM Zen the other day about my donation and he said it went through. But he said GM basher is the only one who can credit my DCP. I want to use it for POD's

I tried it but for some reason i cant seem to see how to file/raise a new ticket it keeps prompting the same page. And when i read it, it's a bit scary cause you might get hacked..
What i don't understand is that after talkin to GM Zen and done all the checks and stuff to confirm my donation, up until now i dont hear anything from GM Basher (which aspr GM Zen) is the only one who can credit the DCP.
I hope they can look and do something about it. We are not trying to nag or whatsoever, when people donate to help the server we expect the same in return. :( :( :(

You cant create a ticket during weekends. Ticketing System is only available during weekdays. As Debbie said, please create a ticket providing the necessary details regarding your donation and let us know the ticket number here.

Try submitting on the weekdays because ticket system is closed on weekends.
Not to worry, the ticket system is an official page of aeRO to help cases. So there's no need to be afraid. ;)

Im glad I saw this post. I was about to donate and for some reason I wanted to check the forums first.

Im wondrin, you donated an amount say $10 is there a receipt or email sent to you stating that it went through? 8 days pending and still not resolve. Hoping this might get resolved as i am planning to donate too but obviously not now, GM's are not to be found i guess.

If you donate through payza, the DCPs are instantly transfered to your account. There is no receipt but you may want to check in your bank statement.
As for Western Union, you should receive your MTCN (money transfer control number) which is used as a proof you have donated (likely what a receipt would do).
