but i didnt read that in the rules :'(
and btw theres no people complaining on this thier enjoying it because they are bored
they should specify the rules and not put common sense because some abusers dont use common sense

what a stupid reason.. Common sense sir. because of the "ice wall" skill, some players are annoyed, sometimes they can't pass through, because it blocks the way. Its very common in all servers that skill spamming in towns is illegal..
