sir basher i cant open a new ticket in ticketing system
when i click new ticket
it only return to home
nothing happens
and when i put an email to ticket status
it shows authentication required
and when i click the link click here to open new ticket
it returns only in home page nothing happens again.
i want to follow up my request for recovery of my deleted char in eternal..

sir can i retrieve a deleted character??? i accidentally deleted my char and i forgot my zeny in that char..
my server is eternal
hellsing666 is my username
name of character: Alucard Hellsing
lost zeny : 500m
TIME between 11:17pm- 11-20pm in aero site
