Server is up inconsistently

Aloo, hey Im new in the community, but I can´t logged in the server, I saw that some people could enter the server, and I wanna know how logged in the server.

My friend and I have been trying to connect for a few days now. We are aeRO veterans, coming back to start over after many years of being away from this amazing version of RO. The first day was no problem, we were on just long enough to get to Advanced classes. Well once some real-life stuff needed attention and we needed to log off, we would later come back to it only to find out my friend couldn't connect. I still could, however. Then the next day comes and neither of us could connect. It's been two days since then and we're stumped, especially since we see some people are able to connect with no issues. Is the admin still working on these issues? Or is it some trouble over on our end? Please help us. Thanks!

Guys, naka connect po ako using PD-Proxy. Try nyo din, DL nyo na lang sya. Madali lang naman gamitin at madami tut sa net. Sana nkatulong. ENJOY! =)
