-Added Frost Charm quest to the game. This is the anti-freeze accessory. You can find the NPC at Lutie 252 119

Yes, Mayaan only. Can freeze even be inflicted on Turbo with 500 int mdef?

I see. Well, if players from Turbo think they need this then we can consider adding it there too. Speaking of Turbo items, Basher was suppose to add the Immortal Bow there for Snipers but I'm not sure he ever did. Is the item there?

500 Glacial Heart (Ice Dungeon Mobs)
500 Ice Cubic (mostly from Icicle)(ice dungeon too
300 Aquamarine ( from Phen, Marc, Marin)
10 Safety Ring (Maya from MVP)
10 Marc Card (Byalan dun 3)
10 Marse Card(Byalan3 2)
10 Swordfish Card (Byalan 3)
10 Megalodon Card (Beach 3)
10 Leafcat Card (Ayathoya Field 1/2)
10 Lesser Elemental Ring (Salamander and Kassa)

NOTE: it will take 4 days before the item is forged. unless you have 119 pcs of time capsule

Changed forge day required to make this item to 24 hours instead. All the players who already did the quest is able to pick their quest item now.

no updates on turbo server :( well even we have 500 int the FREEZE effect was modified and we still got frozen (w/o moobert/anti freeze=giant Oridecon) sad to hear that you're already retired for being developer w/o any new implementing on our server(TURBO) tsk

Make a cursed ring to obtain halloween candies and collect the requirements to make halloween costumes. In turbo, you will need
1000x Halloween Candies
300x Cursed Water
50x False Angel Card
10x Voting Credits

When you make it, the costumes that you will get will be random. Meaning that you can't choose which monster costume you want.

You will find the NPC here: Prontera (166, 124). Also, for the Halloween candies, you will need to get a Cursed ring found in Prontera (149, 192).
