you can go to photobucket.com and upload your emblem. the emblem size should be 24x24 when you upload it here.

register at photobucket.com
skip everything and you should see a button there that says Upload.

Click it and browse your emblem.

When it is already uploaded, if you put your cursor on your emblem at photobucket, there will be an image code that will appear on the bottom. highlight it and copy it. paste it here. the code is [img]
