Turbo Changes
- Changed PvP Map.
- Change to 110 Voting points for Mirror 30 Box
- Fixed PvP in morocc again.
- Completely remove garm sprite modification. As you may know, the garm sprite will still work on your own character, but not with the rest of the characters in game.
- Change max guild capacity to 28 and no more alliances.
- Changed ifrit set effects. Tarot will be disabled when both rings are worn.
- Added slot to cyclops, dark knight hat

Below are the information about enhancing an existing items in game.

1. Cutlass and Sweeper changed into 4 slot

2. Havoc changed into 4 slot
A very heavy but powerful gun.Due to it's heavy weight you cannot use it to hit people.The best suppresive weapon there is.
-Change to auto-guard self.
-Slows Movement Speed
-Drake Effect
-Chance of stunning, cursing, silencing, poisoning and bleeding the enemy
-Unstrippable

3. Rinnegan
The Rinnegan literally means Samurai Eye.
Is said to be the most revered and powerful of all the three great dojutsu.
+6 Str
5% additional Attack Power
5% physical damage.

4. Sharingan
Literally means the Copy Wheel Eye is a Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the members of the Uchiha clan.
It is one of the three great dojutsu, along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan.
+6 Int
+5% additional HP
+7% Magical attack power
+7% damage increase for long range

Mayaan Changes
- Merge voting exchange and voting exchanger into 1 npc to avoid confusion.
- Fixed trap, aquamire affecting other guild members. It is fixed so that it only affects the opponents only.
- Fixed homunculus bug

The Rinnegan literally means Samurai Eye.
Is said to be the most revered and powerful of all the three great dojutsu.
+6 Str
5% additional Attack Power
5% additional physical damage.

2. Sharingan
Literally means the Copy Wheel Eye is a Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the members of the Uchiha clan.
It is one of the three great dojutsu, along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan.
+6 Int
+5% additional HP ( Except to Ninja, Paladin or Champion )
+7% Magical attack power
+7% damage increase for long range

I have also updated some items description in game. including the Bowser Shield. Make item effect easier to read for newbies. So you must update your patcher to see the new descriptions in game. That's it for now folks!

Just to Clarify:
Current Effect of Sharigan =

10% additional HP  (still 5% to Ninja Paladin Champ though )
7% additional Magic/Range ATK

so for fs sacri, only 7% works, but Sinx champ, lk, sg ... 14%

Was your STR not divisible by 10 when u tried it? Divisible by 10 STR, adds more attack. Rinne adds +6 str now. So for example your str was 104 + Rinne's bonus, it will become 110, which adds more atk.

correct wording should be : exponential in sqaure on every 10th str, not divisible by 10

Atleast you got my point. Anyway I tried to compare it vs Masquerade C with the same value of STR. There was a slight difference favoring Rinne.

talked to Sir Basher, he nerfed Rinne to give 5% attack, and damage to demi-human instead of 7%... and I guess Sharingan will remain as it is.
