A book containing names, used by the agents of death. There are times when the Death Note is circulated in this world because they have dropped the book in the realm of the living. There are tons of names written in here, and there seems to be names of people you might know well ... It says Caps... (Can not see clearly due to paper being torn).

Reduce casting time by 30%
Reduce physical defenses by 30%
MaxHP + 20%, MaxSP - 20%
Str + 10, Int + 10, Dex +10
Aspd and Movement Speed +10
Critical -100%
Grants 5 Perfect Hit per refine rate
Grants 5% per refine rate chance to double attack

Enable use of Level 1 Enchant Deadly Weapon Skill
Takes away a portion of your life when unequipped

Can you fix dnote in mayaan?  When im using ghostring armor everytime I use bolt skill my hp starts to decrease..
