Str +10, Aspd Rate +10%, MaxHP/SP +10%
10% chance to gain "Unearthly Strength" buff when using Cart Termination Skill.
Unearthly Strength increases Str stat by 2/3 of its base value
but reduces defense by the same rate in exchange for 1 second.
The buff also grants +100 Perfect Hit
Reduces after-cast delay by 100% and gives 33% lifesteal for the duration.
Adds a 10% chance to cast Level 10 Earthquake
when hitting enemies with skill Hammer Fall.
Enemies hit by Earthquake have a high chance to be Stunned or Stoned
Adds a 10% chance to cast Level 5 Earth Spike back to caster,
when receiving magical damage.
Enemies hit by Earth Spike have a high chance to be Silenced
Enables use of a stronger version of skill Level 1 Throw Tomahawk
capable of breaking the target's shield.

-Increased Maximum Weight Capacity of Pushcarts from 8000 to 12000.
