Skill changes

Increased Cart Termination damage from 50% to 70%. In Turbo we increased the limit they can put in the cart to increase the damage for CT. But i don't want this in Mayaan, they shoulnd't be able to carry much in case we will hold GvG in the future. Instead I just increased the damage of Cart Termination and will take effect inside the WoE and PvP.

Nerfing Asura strike. We didn't decrease the damage for this skill instead, we disabled gospel effect to monk classes. This will avoid the 1 hit asura  to users with Ghostring and Deviling combo, making asura very powerful and imbalance. (Credit to GM Zen)

Riiiiiggghhhtttt.. let's remove these so-called "buffs", just `cause you can't beat them doesn't mean you have to remove/disable them. hell, let's also remove the NPC that gives Full Chemical Protection in Askydun because Biochemist can't break their equipments via Demonstration and Acid Terror/Demonstration skill, even Stalkers couldn't use Full Strip anymore because of that "buff". and also please disable Mind Break because it "buffs" magic users. I could add more "buffs" here but i hope you guys get what im trying to say.
